Shass is a shareware program that organizes and automates tasks related to grocery shopping. By gradually learning your shopping and consumption habits, Shass recommends what, when, and how much you need to buy, and organizes your list based on the store's aisle layout. It also predicts the cost of your list, and allows you to do cost comparison among 5 stores. Shass is tailored to the HP100LX palmtop and utilizes its 64x18 screen and special keys but it runs without problems or limitations on any DOS computer.  Registration ($20) enables coupon management and printing of shopping lists, and entitles you to free bug fix releases and technical support.
